Reallocation of Parental Rights and Responsibilities

This interview will help you fill out the forms to file for a change of custody in the Lorain County Juvenile Court, officially called a "Motion for Change of Parental Rights and Responsibilities". You can only use these forms if you have an existing custody order in Lorain County.

  • Enter your information completely and correctly.
